Breakout Review by Chris Arthur in WLT July/August 2025 Issue

With humble joy, I read Chris Arthur’s glowing review of The Best American Essays 2024. It is an honor—and a challenge—to follow Robert Atwan in curating this annual anthology. And it is a deep pleasure to receive praise for my inaugural volume in the pages of World Literature Today whose July/August 2025 issue features a special section dedicated to Gaza Voices, co-edited by Yousef Khanfar.
